About this development
Construction of Mauritius' first regional shopping centre, The Mall of Mauritius at Bagatelle. Bagatelle is on the southern border of the Mauritian capital Port Louis, is being transformed into a novel and pioneering metropolis that is destined to become the Indian Ocean’s premier shopping, lifestyle and entertainment destination. Set on 102 hectares, the new master planned community, which will be created in various phases over a number of years, is strategically situated on the main north-south M1 motorway. Measuring 40 000m² of ground floor space, this will be a convenient single storey unit with level on-ground parking. In addition the Mall will display phenomenal architecture and design elements that will not only mirror the history of the country but also the vibrant and alluring culture.
