About this development
The project will involve the parcelling out of a plot of land of 148,130.00m² into 235 residential lots (Lots 26-53 Lots 55-136, Lots 138-163, Lots 165-263) of size ranging from 270.54m² to 416.20m², 24 residential/commercial lots (Lots 1-24), and 4 green spaces and green forest with a total area of 8,884.84m² located at Goodlands in the district of Riviere du Rempart, Mauritius. The project will involve of the following: Clearing of the site, which is currently bare land. Provision of internal access roads of 6.0m wide with 1.5m reserves on both sides. Provision of potable water. Provision of electricity, telecommunication and street lighting to all the lots, through aerial services. Provision of sustainable urban drainage system (SUDs) and RC Drains to cater for the storm run-off up to its discharge point, a detention pond.
