The project will involve the parcelling out of a plot of land of 132,687.20m² into 167 residential lots (Lot No.: A177 – A343) of size ranging from 417.68m² to 728.69m² and green space and green forest with a total area of 8,865.17m² located at Trou D’eau Douce in the district of Flacq, Mauritius. The project will involve of the followings: Clearing of the site, which is currently bare land. Provision of internal access roads of 6.0m wide with minimum of 2.0m reserve and additional green reserve on both sides. Provision of a beta fence of 1.8m high along the site boundaries. Provision of potable water. Provision of electricity, telecommunication and street lighting to all the lots, through underground services. Provision of a proper drainage network with reinforced concrete drain to cater for the storm run-off up to its discharge point. Provision for a large green space area and green forest.
