About this development
Construction of a 65 000m² lifestyle shopping and entertainment centre with an investment value of R1,2 billion as part of the planned R10 billion Madiba Bay Leisure Park in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This will be built with completion geared for March 2010 in time for the Soccer World Cup. Madiba Bay Buildings plan to develop an integrated leisure and lifestyle park on the 6000 ha site which will include commercial components, residential and leisure components. Project Value: R10-billion.
