About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the planned R10 billion Madiba Bay Leisure Park in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, which will be rolled out over five to seven years. Madiba Bay Buildings plan to develop an integrated leisure and lifestyle park on the 6000 ha site which will include commercial components, residential and leisure components. A new R 80-million road called the Driftsands Bypass, linking Admiralty Way to the William Moffet Expressway, will also be constructed. Project Value: R10-billion.
