Construction of a R400 million craft harbour and fishing village, adjacent to the golf course with about 200 accommodation units, for the planned R10 billion Madiba Bay Leisure Park in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, which will be rolled out over five to seven years. Madiba Bay Buildings plan to develop an integrated leisure and lifestyle park on the 6000 ha site which will include commercial components, residential and leisure components.
