About this development
Construction of the services and infrastructure for the R1.2 billion Kenton Eco-Estate, which is situated 120km from Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape. Kenton Eco-Estate will comprise 330 residential sites ranging in size up to 850m². All roads within the estate are to be paved, and boardwalks will provide access to the beach, with walking, jogging and cycling paths. The R6m gatehouse, which is to be officially opened later in December, comprises a double storey building of 400sq m with spacious facilities for the administration and security of the estate.
