About this development
Renovation and refurbishment of the Jolobe 2 student residence on the Alice Campus of the University of Fort Hare (UFH), in the Eastern Cape. This residence is comprised of 3 separate blocks, with each block accommodating 60 students. This contract will consist of the basic refurbishment of the existing structures with the provision of certain enhancements such as self catering kitchens, laundries, lounges and improved ablution facilities. The refurbishment includes but it not limited to: The stripping and refitting of all furniture and fittings; making good the painting and tiling; repairs to plumbing and windows; structural alterations to showers and lounges.
