About this development
Construction of 122 upmarket residential development in Jeffreys Bay as part of a wellness estate - Jeffreys Bay Lifestyle Village Estate. The first phase of the construction work will include the laying of sewerage and storm water pipes as well as electronic, telephone and internet cabling. Roads will also be built, as well as the boundary wall, gatehouse and gym. The gym will contain imported gym equipment and an Olympic size swimming pool. The jogging track, which will circle the estate, will consist of exercise stations that will be equipped with stainless steel equipment and water points will be installed at every station.
