Infrastructure for Candlewood Coastal Resort

Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed Candlewood Coastal Resort Development on Portions 16, 92 and 129 of Matjiesfontein No. 304 Keurboomstrand, Plettenberg Bay, in the Western Cape. The proposed development will consist of 3 components, i.e The Ridge, which will comprise of 20 resort housing units at 300m² each. The Creek, which will be a Health Spa Resort comprising 17 Creek Cabins at between 60-108m² each; the old N2 Gatehouse; the lodge, and; a health centre of 100m². The Valley which will consist of resort housing and management infrastructure. This will comprise of 33 units at 175m² each; an implement shed and workshop of approximately 250m²; staff rest rooms and canteen of 100m²; and an estate office and accommodation of 175m². This includes the construction of a 1.5 megalitre water reservoir on Erf 787, Keurboomstrand, Plettenberg Bay.
