Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed Golden Mile Estates development (site is approximately 78.05ha in extent with a total of 644 erven). The layout consists of 621 single residential erven, three general residential erven, one business site, three private open spaces. The proposed Golden Mile Estates consists of Erf 598 to 622 of Farm Richmond and is situated along the northern boundary of the existing residential area of Cannon Rocks in the Ndlambe Municipality, Eastern Cape. It is bounded to the west by the Addo National Park.
