About this development
Construction of a community centre with sporting facilities towards the Gonubie River. The centre will consist of a clubhouse with swimming pool, single tennis court, change rooms and squash court. Self catering chalets, not exceeding 11 units, may be developed in future phases. The design of the clubhouse, chalets and other facilities will be in keeping with the overall scheme for the estate. The proposed density of the entire development will be less than two units per ha, with the average size of erven being roughly 1000m².
