Extensions to Checkers - Infrastructure

Construction of infrastructure and services for the additions and alterations to the existing 515m² structure in the form of a new goods receiving area of 186m², additional retail floor area of 600m², a new goods receiving yard and car park with 17 bays. The new proposed total area will be approximately 1 296m² and is located consolidated Erf 8787, van der Riet Street in Port Alfred, Eastern Cape.
