About this development
Construction and installation of civil engineering services for a low cost housing development on Erf 1013 off Alfa Street in Malmesbury, Western Cape. CIDB 8CE. Scope of works could include: Site clearance. Mass earthworks over the whole site. The construction of new roads, 4,5m to 7,3m wide, with necessary road layers, surface treatments, kerbing, sidewalks and ancillaries (± 45 000 m²). The installation of a new storm water network consisting of Class 100D concrete storm water pipes of various diameters (± 6 500m). Construction of a new storm water retention structure. Installation of a new water network consisting of Class 12 HDPE PE 100 water pipes of various diameters with all necessary accessories and 22mm erf connections (± 7 760m). The installation of a new sewer network consisting of Class 34 uPVC sewer pipes of various diameters with all necessary accessories and 110mm Class 34 uPVC erf connections (± 8 100m). The installation of new sewer erf connections on existing sewer pipes. The construction of a new sewer pump station consisting of precast concrete rings. The exact GPS location is not known and the Marker has been placed at Alfa Street 33°28'09.6"S 18°41'59.6"E
