About this development

Construction of the proposed Ngcobo Private Hospital in the Eastern Cape. The project will be situated along the R61 which is the regional route connecting Queenstown to Mthatha and Port Alfred. There are two identified plots belonging to Tyokolo and Songo. Tyokolo land is situated about 1.5 km from Songo land along the R61 towards Queenstown. The area of the proposed hospital is approximately 30 000m² and consists of the main two-storey building, a TB ward, parking lots, nurses and doctors flats. In addition to the doctors en-suite, there would be the following wards: x-ray, maternity, surgical, nursery, paediatrics, medical, outpatient department, pharmacy and laboratory.
