Construction of a 14-storey high hotel and convention centre and a cascade of apartments on the East London beachfront, Eastern Cape. The hotel is to be known as Premier Hotel Emonti. Other adjoining developments include a wellness centre and spa, gym, swimming pool, coffee shop, restaurant, bar, a business centre and two levels of covered parking. The entire development will be linked to the existing Regent Hotel. Value: R300 million
