Construction of a R1.8 billion 50 000m² regional mall that will form part of a mix use shopping node comprising 267 000m² to be known as East Cape Boulevard. The proposed site is 117 ha, located on the major Gonubie/N2 interchange near East London, Eastern Cape. The development will include a shopping lifestyle mall, value mart, large regional hospital, Class-A office blocks, a Home Fashion Street, a Motor City, a leading hotel as well as a residential estate.
