About this development
Upgrade and surface (i.e. asphalt/tar) Division Road DR1770 and Main Road MR395 near Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape. The proposed project will include road surfacing and upgrading of drainage systems. DR1770 will be widened from 18m to between 20m and 25m (which will require land acquisition from private landowners) and minimal land acquisition will be required from four properties along the MR395. DR1770 is located 12km west of Plettenberg Bay off the N2; and MR395 is located 5.5km west of Plettenberg Bay off the N2.
