Construction of a five-star hotel, spa and conference centre for Cob Creek, situated just outside Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Cape Province. Cob Creek Estate will feature an 18 hole, signature golf-course and there will be 155 plots available and sizes range from 3 600m² to 11 000m².
