Construction of a R 125-million call centre which will feature 1500 seats as well as office, recreational space and a R 30-million skills training centre. The facility will be built on a 5 hectare piece of land in the Coega IDZ, Eastern Cape. To be known as Business Process Outsourcing Park (BPO). Other features at the call centre include training facilities, lounges, a cafeteria and a restaurant. The building will be constructed in phases, with the first 500 seats being built in the first phase and the remaining 1000 seats will be constructed in the second phase.
