Brickfield, East London

Construction of services and infrastructure for the development of the Brickfield site, East London in the Eastern Cape. The project involves the development of Portions 10, 30, 31 & 41 of Farm 816 (East London), which is situated within the urban edge. The development fronts on the eastern bank of the Nahoon River, directly opposite Dorchester Heights and borders on Nahoon Valley Park in the south. The development will consist of eleven separate, private high-density residential estates with private internal roads and a business area that will accommodate existing structures to be retained in terms of the National heritage.
