About this development
Construction of a factory & extension of tugger and a shared warehousing facility (approximately 10 000m²), part of phase 6 of the Automotive Supplier Park. The scope of the works includes the erection and completion of an industrial building of approximately 6 528m² and the tugger route of approximately 1 980m² comprising a steel structure clad in aluminium roof and side sheeting concrete surface beds, an attached face brick double storey office block of approximately 768m², electrical installation, sprinkler installation, access control installation, fire detection installation, air conditioning installation and ventilation systems and ancillary external works comprising water, fire mains, stormwater, sewers, roadways, fencing, gates and landscaping which is located in the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ), Eastern Cape.
