Construction of a hospital/healthcare facility for a mixed used development on Portion 6 of the Farm 810 Quenera, East London in the Eastern Cape. To be known as Atterbury Estate. This portion of land lies between Beacon Bay and Gonubie, North of and adjacent to the Quenera River, South of and adjacent to the N2. The proposed uses will include medium/high density residential units, retirement village, hospital/care facility, offices and retail facilities.
