About this development
Revamp of the East London beachfront, at the Marina Glen and Esplanade areas, Eastern Cape. The revamp will include, in the final phase, a plan to replace the black rocks on East London's Esplanade and build a pier and yacht harbour that will jut out to sea. To be known as the East London Beachfront Spacial Development.
