The O.R.Tambo District Municipality invites prospective service providers to submit proposals for reviewal of existing Water Service Development Plan (WSDP).In terms of the Municipal Structures Act (Act 117 of 1998), O R Tambo District Municipality is a Water Service Authority and a Water Services Provider to all 7 local municipalities under its area of jurisdiction. As a Water Service Authority, the key objective of ORTDM is to ensure that there is sufficient water of acceptable quality and sustainable water & sanitation services.The Water Services Development Plan (WSDP) is a key tool in achieving this objective.
