The project will entail the following remedial works: Removal and replacement of a variety of maranti window frames. Removal and replacement of meranti doorframes and doors. Fixing of all visible exterior and interior wall cracks. Brickwork to existing inside toiletroom. Insulated 6.4mm Rhino Board Ceiling for inside rooms. Replacement of damaged roofing material. 12mm smooth plaster to exterior walls. SABS approved waterproofing paint. Glazing and hardware to complete a particular unit.
