The Johannesburg Development Agency, which acts as a development agent of the City of Johannesburg is in the process of implementing Phases 3,4,5 of Baragwanath Public Transport Facility and Traders Market Invitation to tender : Proposal call for the following consultancy services required : Community Participation Consultant, a comprehensive community liaison framework was put into place during the construction of phase 2, of the project. The successful tenderer will be required to familiarise themselves with its framework and the stakeholders therein.
