The East London Industrial Development Zone (Pty) Ltd is the operator of the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ), a multi-million-rand infrastructure and bulk services development initiated by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to attract export oriented investment into the city. The Zone is located on the West Bank of East London, adjacent to the existing port and airport. Much of the infrastructure and bulk services required for the development have been completed and the zone is now fully operational. The East London IDZ invites suitable qualified and competent SMME's to respond to a Request for Proposal for the maintenance of fire breaks and road verges (mowing and grass cutting services) for Zone 1B, 1C, 1D, 1F and Alexander Golf Course within the East London IDZ.
