The Coordination Project, invites candidates to express their interest to provide the services, either individually or in groups for the preparation of the Draft Trade Facilitation and Transport on Corridor Abidjan - Lagos (PRCTCAL). He intends to use part of the said advance payments under the contract of consultancy services for engineering, economic, environmental and social impact of development: of Grand Bassam - Aboisso - Noah (Ghana border) and adjacent infrastructure; access roads and the freight Abidjan/Vridi. The objective of the mission is to achieve on behalf of the Agency for management of roads, engineering, economic, environmental and social impact of the development of: The Grand-Bassam - Aboisso - Noah (Ghana border) and adjacent infrastructure: Rehabilitation of the relevant sections of the Grand-Bassam - Aboisso - Noah Expanding and strengthening the bridge over the river Noah Tano (120 ml) and Arrangement of transit areas and secure parking and Noah Aboisso; access roads and development of the freight Abidjan/Vridi. The program of study will be conducted in 5 steps are: Stage: feasibility study: report of technical and economic; Stage: draft sommaire (APS): preliminary report of technical studies; Step: environmental studies, and social security (SEIT): Environmental Study Report, social and security; Stage: final report before the detailed design (APD) and tender (DAO): publishing the final report of studies and projects DAO; Stage: Final version of DAO.
