Road safety program on the corridors Douala-Bangui and Douala-Ndjaména. This program aims at improving free movement of the goods in zone CEMAC and E Principe by the observance of the Community regulations, the installation of the infrastructures necessary and the elimination of the non-tariff barriers. It is a question of a support of the European Commission to improve the conditions of exchange in central Africa, as well as in time cost of transit of the goods inside the area. This process is complementary to the actions envisaged within the framework of the Program of Support to Regional Integration in Africa Centrale (PAIRAC) and to those carried out within the framework of the Area code Program of the 8th EDF relative inter alia to the installation of a structuring network of infrastructures of regional transport. In a context of increase in the traffic related to the facilitation of transport on the corridors, the objectives of the program being the subject of this call to proposals are to sensitize the populations on the respect of the Community code of the road and the road hazards, as well as the improvement of knowledge of the rules of use of a trunk road. The program will have to aim at the following aspects in priority: integration of dimension kind in the program, participation activates local population and, durability of the actions (multiplier effect).
