The Playhouse Company is a Cultural Institution registered in terms of Section 3(1) of the Cultural Institution Act, 1988, to advance, promote and preserve the performing arts in South Africa. The Playhouse Company is inviting proposals to supply and install a video conferencing solution with audio recording of meetings for the 7th Floor boardroom, Room A1 and other meeting venues. The scope of the work will include inter alia: Supply and install a video/audio conference system that can work with Microsoft Teams; Zoom; Skype; etc. with the functionality to record meetings; The solution must be easy to set up and user friendly; Be able to record audio for both attendees on video and for those that are in the boardroom; 3 years software license; 3 years warranty on the equipment; A demonstration of your solution is required, please indicate that you will be able to provide one when requested.
Bids are invited for the As and When General Building at Free State and North Cape.
Competent and qualified entities are hereby invited through Open National Bidding (ONB) process for the construction of electrical services infrastructure in Oshivelo, Oshikoto Region.
