Nurcha is a non profit Public Entity that lends bridging finance and offers support to contractors and developers who are building houses, infrastructure and community facilities. (See our website www.nurcha.co.za for further information). Nurcha is to establish a Pilot Training and Development Porgramme for its contractor clients. The purpose of the programme is to assist contractors to develop their skills for managing and completing construction projects and for growing their construction businesses. As a pilot, 20 contractors will receive training. If the pilot is successful a larger scale programme could be implemented. Nurcha is inviting expression of interest from individuals or companies for the position of Training and Development Manager fro this pilot Contractor Training and Development Programme. A contract will be offered for the duration of the pilot Development Programme which will last about 22 months, beginning in May 2009.
