Kannaland Municipality a member of the Project Consolidate initiative invites proposals for the upgrade/replacement of its prepaid electricity sales management system which will enable the municipality to render an effective and efficient service to the public while enhancing its service delivery and revenue base. The envisaged system, whether in full or in its several parts will meet the following minimum requirements: Allow consumers to purchase electricity for use on all existing prepaid meters in the towns of Ladysmith and Calitzdorp; Accommodate remote sales points interacting on-line with the host server; Ensure full compatibility with SAMRASDB4 system; and Provide full management accounting controls to regulate remote vendors. The project shall be completed within four (4) weeks from awarding the contract.
