The Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini has received a loan from the African Development Bank to finance the Manzini Golf Course Interchange. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of the Golf Course Interchange. The Kingdom of Eswatini has appointed the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (Roads Department) as the Executing Agency (E.A). The E.A hereby invites sealed bids from contractors for the Construction of the Manzini Golf Course Interchange of 0.6 km of dual carriage way of main road, 10 slip roads of 3.7km in total, 7 box culverts structures together with numerous minor culverts and the associated drainage channels and kerbs, 2 bridges with other ancillary and complementary structures, two (2) major box culvert structures together with numerous minor culverts, associated drainage channels and kerbs, installation of road furniture including street lighting, provisions for utilities and services including ICT ducting, construction or installation of road safety structures e.g. pedestrian overhead bridges and Implementation of Environmental Management Plan. Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Procurement Framework for Bank Group-Funded Operations” dated October 2015 .
