Construction of the Zia Business Complex in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) downtown area, Egypt. The project spans over an area of 18 000m². With a total of 10 floors and a ground floor, the complex is comprised of a total of 176 units, ranging from 24m² to 224m². Two basement floors are set aside for parking and storage, while the ground and first floor will have commercial units.
