Construction of The Ridge one of the residential components for the Westbrook Residential Development, in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This consists of 150 houses rolled out in 4 phases. The 128ha mixed-use precinct, situated at Parsonsvlei about 12km west of Port Elizabeth and north of the Old Cape Road, will be a multiphase development which will be rolled out over several years.
