The scope of works includes but is not limited to: The demolition of the existing building. The construction elements of the new buildings comprise of electrical installation, mechanical installation, foundations, face brick & plastered walls, concrete surface slabs, timber & steel roof structures, galvanized profiled roof coverings, fascias, etc. The full external works comprise of roadworks, walkways, courtyards, stormwater drainage, sewer drainage reticulation, water reticulation, soccer/rugby field and netball court. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°52'40.4"S 25°31'14.5"E.
