Upgrading of the current Langebaan entrance, inclusive of park offices within the West Coast National Park near Langebaan, Western Cape. CIDB 6GB. The scope of works include but are not limited to: Main Building of 464m² consisting of 7 offices, boardroom, public reception area, walk in safe, IT/UPS room and ablution facilities. Courtyard of 596m² consisting of a small water feature, covered terrace of 169m², 8 parking bays for staff, 22 parking bays for visitors, parallel parking bays to accommodate 4 vehicles with caravans adjacent to the entrance gate, parallel parking bay to contain 1 bus and associated bulk infrastructure of electricity, sewage and water. The GPS marker has been placed at the West Coast National Park gate 33°14'38.0"S 18°12'11.5"E.
