About this development
Construction of the Klein Mooimaak overnight accommodation within the West Coast National Park near Langebaan, Western Cape. The scope of work includes but not limited to: 20 Chalets of 161m² consisting of either one or two bedrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and patios. Twelve serviced camp sites totalling 510m² consisting of: braai and zink, shower and ablution facilities, paved surface for vehicles, shell gravel surface for tents and rainwater collection tank. Fourteen semi serviced camp sites totalling 509m² consisting of: gravel stand for vehicles, work top, bin and shell gravel surface for tents and associated bulk infrastructure for electricity, sewage and water. The GPS marker has been placed at the West Coast National Park gate 33°14'38.0"S 18°12'11.5"E
