Project overview
About this development
Development of a golf Estate that will consist of a world-class, championship golf course and 304 freehold properties, including river frontage and golf course view sites. Vaal de Gráce will be three-time Major champion Nick Price’s first signature designed layout in South Africa. What separates Vaal de Gráce from all other estates in South Africa is its location. Like the Ile de la Cité in Paris, France, this new estate occupies a prime position on an island right in the middle of the mighty Vaal River. The Estate is situated 2km from Parys, in the Free State.
