Construction of a new carriageway including new bridges and rehabilitation of the existing carriageway between the Wilge Toll Plaza and the Vaal River of the N3 Toll Road: N3-9 km 74,5 to km 77,2 and N3 - 10 km 0,0 to km 1,0 Highway Section 8B within the Free State and Mpumalanga Provinces. The majority of the road, 2.7km is in the Free State and almost 1km in Mpumalanga CIDB 9CE. Scope of works could include: construction of the new 2-lane southbound carriageway, constructing a new southbound carriageway bridge, constructing a new pedestrian bridge, constructing public transport laybys and pedestrian walkways. The approximate GPS location has been placed along the proposed area of construction 27°01'07.5"S 28°36'25.6"E
