Construction of a sewer line for a low cost income development, situated on Erf 1106, at the intersection of P483 and P41 on the outskirts of Utrecht, KwaZulu-Natal. The development is approximately 30.91ha in extent and is located on the south-western outskirts of the town adjoining the eastern and southern boundary of the existing township of Goedehoop.
