Upgrading from gravel to surface standard of road D415 from Gopane passing villages of Maphephane, Mmutshweu, Ga-Seane to Lobatleng and D417 from Lobatleng to Motswedi in the North West. The contract is phase II covering from km 18.7 to km 31 and includes the construction of a bridge at km 20.077. CIDB 8CE.
