About this development
Resolute has been successful in bidding for two large scale exploration blocks in Egypt in the first round of the government’s international tender process for gold concessions in the Sinai and Eastern Desert. The Um Samra block is 819km² and is situated approximately 70km northwest of Centamin’s Sukari Gold Mine. Collectively the Bokari and Um Samra exploration concessions represent approximately 2 400km² of the highly prospective Arabian-Nubian Shield. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: 24.86769272040163, long: 34.57231249582308.
