About this development
Construction of Tutuka Rail Line Reinstatement linking the coalfields of Mpumalanga to Eskom's Tutuka power station via Standerton. Eskom will reinstate the current rail link between Standerton and Tutuka for the delivery of approximately 7mtpa of coal to the station. In addition to the reinstatement of the railway line, Eskom will install an offloading facility at the station. Estimated value: R 300-million.
