Construction of an archive / library opposite the historic Sankore mosque and close to the old quarter of Timbuktu in Mali, which is a World Heritage Site. The same limestone blocks will be used to build the library, with which other buildings in the city are built. The estimated cost of the library is R13,5m, although this figure could change once the plans are complete.
