About this development
Construction of 2 fecal sludge treatment plants as a part of sub-component 2A of the Bamako Urban Resilience Project (PRUBA) in Bamako, Mali. The two fecal sludge treatment plants will have a total daily capacity of 600m³, equivalent to 42 tons of dry matter, benefiting to an estimated 700 000 inhabitants. The Senou Airport area on the right bank (Commune VI) and in Tienfala on the left bank (commune of Tienfala) have been identified by the client to host the sites. The contract value is US$18 million. We have temporarily placed the GPS marker at the general location of the Senou Airport area until the exact location has been determined. The coordinates are 12.5447603, -7.9452358.
