Construction of the Highlands Wind Energy Facility (WEF) and associated electrical grid infrastructure located approximately 20 km west of Somerset East in the Eastern Cape. Scope of works: consisting of up to 14 turbines each with a generating capacity of up to 6MW generating up to 84MW. The GPS co-ordinates are 32°41'25.1"S 25°21'48.7"E.
