Construction and development of the approximate 300MW Sun Garden Solar Energy Facility forming part of the Cookhouse Renewable Energy Development Zone (REDZ), located within the Sarah Bartman District Municipality, Eastern Cape. The western section is located within the Blue Crane Route Local Municipality and the eastern section within the Makana Local Municipality. Effected areas are: Portion 9 of farm Britzkraal no 253, portion 8 of farm Britzkraal no 253, portion 7 of farm Britskraal no 253 and portion 1 of farm Botha's Hoop no 358.The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is Somerset East, 32°47'40.6"S 25°47'50.8"E
