Construction of the 20 000m² second phase of the The Grove (previously known as Riverside Lifestyle Centre) in Nelspruit in Mpumalanga. The Riverside Lifestyle Centre is situated in the precinct occupied by the existing Riverside Mall, the Mpumalanga government buildings and the Emnotweni Casino complex. Riverside Lifestyle Centre is to be complementary to the Riverside Mall and across the road from the existing centre. Project value : R350 million.
